Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your UDPOWER account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronic device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables that were included in the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep the tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team inspects the returned unit to verify its condition, we will process your full refund or dispatch your replacement unit within 3-5 business days.
